Donations are Final – All donations made to WHOCT, whether online, offline, or through any other mode, are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
Incorrect Transactions – In case of a duplicate transaction or an error in the amount entered, please contact us immediately at whoct.in. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review the issue and take appropriate action at our discretion.
Event and Sponsorship Contributions – Any contributions made to events, sponsorships, or fundraising campaigns are also non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution – If you have any concerns regarding your donation, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your queries. You are voluntarily donating for the benefit of society and for those in need.
